Villa Talè Kà is a brand new design villa (2020), with a luxurious finishing for those who are looking for just that little more.

 

With 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spatious living room with open kitchen (with all the latest SMEG equipement), an outdoor lounge, a spectacular private swimming pool and more than 150 m2 of terraces we welcome up to 8 (max 10) guests to enjoy an incredible holiday. Everything is provided in the house: (beach)towels, sheets, everything to cook a delicious meal (and of course a Smeg dishwasher to clean it up afterwards), free Wifi, a large flatscreen TV with Netflix (and even a game-console), airco and cooling fans, an outdoor built-in BBQ, a large outdoor and indoor dinning table, a comfortable outdoor lounge-set, an american fridge, large design beds with somniferous mattresses, design bathrooms with rainshowers, hairdryers,...

Our local housekeeper will personally welcome you and explain everything you need to know about the house, the environment, the must-see's, the restaurants, shops, etc. and she is always available for any help or advice you need, but of course the whole property will be yours to enjoy in total privacy.

 

Located on 3 hectares of private land in a beautifull valley with olive groves and vineyards, overlooking the sea stretching to the southeasternmost point of sicily, Villa Talè Kà is the ideal departure point to discover the most beautiful part of this island. Everything you might need is very close by. The centre of Noto is less than 5 minutes away, with plenty of delicious restaurants, shops, markets, etc. Also the larger city of Avola is less than 10 minutes away, where you will find larger department stores or whatever you need. So, while you can enjoy the tranquillity and quietness of Villa Talè Kà, you will also always be close to wherever you want to go.
